_{*Uriko44 was so awesome and let me have the honor to make her beloved character, Panic, a sister. I really loved making her and I honestly love her. NOW PLEASE NOTE, this is Panic's sister and so the design was HEAVILY influenced by *Uriko44, but I had all rights and permission to make her. So technically the character is mine, BUT I am not responsible for such an amazing design. Thank you so much for letting me make her ;o; She is so budaful and I treasure her!

PERSONALITY: Emergency tends to take unnecessary risks that puts her in harms way, making her a damsel in distress (constantly needs rescuing). Also she is chaotic, spontaneous, indecisive and likes to tease boys. She is very fidgety, and cannot keep still/ do one thing for a very long time. Basically she is a busy body and must be constantly entertained. In general she is fun excitable, active, hyper, and of course a thrill seeker!
LIKES: She loves thrills, adventures and trying new crazy exotic things. She loves loud noises and constant chaos, this is almost a necessity for her survival. She enjoys high thrill amusement parks and being rescued by cute boys when she is put in danger.

TYPICAL CLOTHES: She normally wears tight revealing clothing (includes butt shorts, tank tops, cami's) Just have fun with her clothes (nothing dark though!)
