To start, I like the way you handled the dreads. You showed that her hair has an unusual texture without adding a crazy amount of texture that would distract from the rest of the piece. The way you color and discern markings with speckles and circles lends itself beautifully to Jessami's markings. The shading, especially on her tail, is amazing. I also like the way you interpreted the character's color scheme. On my monitor at least, it looks a little more natural and appealing than the creator's artworks of Jessami (which are lovely, too, of course. <3 Just not quite as much to my personal liking). Combined with the modest pose and charming folds of the shirt, overall I just find this piece superbly likeable.
All these words warmed my heart and this is such a generous compliment!!
I am so happy you thought I pulled the colors off well. They were hard to work with because I don't have many browns.
